How does Daily Hockey Deal work?
Our job is to negotiate exclusive (and extra sweet) hockey deals. We pass along those deals to you here on DailyHockeyDeal.com.
I see only one item, do you sell anything else?
We sell one item per day until it is sold out. Each item we sell is in stock and typically ships within 2-3 business days.
What is the schedule for new items?
The short answer: we offer a new item every single day. The details: a new product is released every morning at 8am central time (five days a week - we take weekends off to spend quality time with our families). You will know if a product is sold out, because the main page will say “Uh No. You Missed This Deal” instead of “I Want This Deal.”
I have a specific request for a hockey deal. What should I do?
We love requests! Just tell us what you want here. To make sure you don’t miss the deal, make sure to also sign up for the Daily Hockey Deal email alert in the upper right hand corner.
I missed yesterday’s item, can I still get one?
Mostly likely not. Each DailyHockeyDeal.com product is discontinued at the end of the day. We may get more at a later date if we’re lucky.
I want to talk to a live person there, can I call you?

Can I return my purchase?
Unfortunately no. We negotiate exclusive deals with our partners and all sales are final. If you buy something you don’t end up liking, or you have what marketing people call “buyer’s remorse,” we recommend you sell it on eBay. It’s likely you’ll make money doing this. We recommend you also Google for the manufacturer contact to get product answers.
How do I return a defective product?
Unless we specifically tell you not to, we recommend you call the manufacturer of the product you bought. You will likely get a replacement of a new model. If you have questions, call or email us and we will take care of you.
Will Daily Hockey Deal tell us how many units remain available in a given deal?
No. That would spoil the fun.
Can I receive email updates with the new Daily Hockey Deal?

What payment options do I have?
You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders.
What are my shipping options?
Currently, we will ship by common carrier and try to stick with the same service for most items. Right now, we use UPS, but depending on a particular item, we could change in order to save you costs.
How can I track my order?
Regardless of shipping method, you will get a tracking email once your order ships.
Why isn’t my state/country/province listed; do you ship internationally?
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time (although we once fell for the Malaysia email investment scam).
I’ll take them all, what is my discount?
Unfortunately we do not offer bulk discounts (it’s already a deal)!
